Ease of use

Comfort, capacity and precision are the main features for an end user to choose the iXdrive. The standard HP-version driveline has a new diesel engine and new hydraulic setup resulting in a more efficient use of the available power. The new engine is a John Deere 6 cylinder 250hp single turbo with the European Stage V emission as standard. The ECODRIVE version is the top level driveline with standard 300hp stage V engine resulting in a super comfortable 1350 RPM engine at 40km/h road transport. The premium cab is equipped as standard with all the comfort an operator could want for a long day of spraying.

The automatic climate control, active suspended leather seat and Level 4 overpressure cab all add to the operator comfort. Automatic functions, like shutting off nozzles by GPS and intuitive control, save time and prevent mistakes. The EasySet control panel offers a clean and convenient workspace with all needed components directly at hand. The pump is located at the right side of the machine directly at the main outlet of the tank, to ensure short hoses with low rest liquid.

Stability

The iXdrive has a low centre of gravity due to the tank position being low in the frame and compact dimensions which are beneficial for higher working speeds and safe transport. For optimal use, also in high crops, the iXdrive is available with three different ground clearance and track width combinations. The hydro pneumatic suspension on both axles provides operator comfort and boom stability in transport and field operation. The 3D rear axle suspension allows axle movement, but limits the track influence on the spray boom.

Intelligent electronics

The combination of the IsoMatch Tellus PRO and the innovative iXspray hardware and software with intuitive touch interface guarantees user friendly operation of the iXdrive.

Liquid management

The position of the tanks, hoses, valves and drains is optimised to minimise rest liquid. The iXdrive is equipped as standard with iXclean Pro automatic valve management and iXflow-E high pressure circulation system with individual nozzle control. Those features make it possible to spray the right amount, in the right place, at the right time.

Precision spraying

The iXdrive range is equipped with a smooth, suspended parallelogram that combines optimal stability with soft boom balancing and limited vertical movement to minimise spray height deviations, securing correct crop coverage.

The iXdrive will be available in combination with the HSS spray boom from 24 up to 40 metres or the HSA aluminium spray boom from 24 up to 30 metres.

The Boom Guide sensor technology provides perfect guidance in many different and challenging field conditions, making it easier for the operator to stay focused on the spraying job. With Boom Guide ProActive the system proactively reacts to the sprayer boom movements to guide the boom over the crop canopy, soil surface or both in the special Hybrid Mode. An option is to extend the 3 sensors to 5 sensors for extra safety in full working width in case of obstacles or extreme field conditions.

Connectivity

IsoMatch FarmCentre is a fleet management solution and gives the iXdrive an online connection to the internet, creating multiple opportunities for the operator. Whether you wish to control your fleet, manage tasks remotely or analyse machine data, IsoMatch FarmCentre proves this in an efficient web application, linking implements, tractors, terminals to the cloud in one continuous flow of data and connectivity.
