Now in its third showing Kverneland Ireland once again presents its successful Future of Farming Expo at The Hub, Cillin Hill, Kilkenny on the 18th of February where it will showcase the most cutting edge advances in the agricultural machinery industry.
At the recent Agritechnica Show in Germany, Kverneland Group showed many new machines for the first time, Including the revolutionary Fastbale non-stop baler and wrapper combo along with the new Kverneland i-plough incorporating full operational control from the tractor cab.
On the Tillage side: The new i-plough with full Isobus control will be launched to the Irish market. It was unveiled in Germany and will be in the Hub on Feb 18th. The New 3m u-Drill will be shown for the first time in Ireland with seed & fertiliser application option fitted to this trailed drill. This 3m trailed drill will be displayed for the first time as will the 6m u-Drill and newly updated power harrow mounted e-Drill with electric metering with no metering wheel necessary. The more familiar machines, well known to all will of course also will be there, including a selection of ploughs, drill and cultivator ranges etc.
On the Grass side of the business the complete Taarup Range of Mo Cos and plain mowers will be on show, with the Irish launch of the new Ta 3336 mounted MoCo covering 3.6m as a fully mounted unit. Along with the range of Kverneland Feeders and Straw shredders... What’s New in Rakes and Tedders at the show will be the TA8576 tedder and 8m TA9080 rake and the new Fastbale to complete the grass forage range.
Latest IM Farming Precision Farming Technology:
The Kverneland and Vicon brands will have their latest innovative IM Farming technology with the new Tellus Go screen on display for the first time in Ireland along with the well-known IsoMatch Tellus. In fact the theme of the two days will be around the new developments in Precision Farming. Technical people from Kverneland IM Farming section will be with us during the two days, with a separate area devoted to these developments.
McConnel Ireland:
As most farmers know, the McConnel Range of Hedge Cutters and Tillage Specialist machinery is handled in Ireland by Kverneland Ireland. We are glad to report that the sheer size of the Hub, as a venue, will allow us to show a huge selection from McConnel’s extensive range, alongside the Kverneland product. Come have a look at the latest developments in Variable forward reach hedge cutters and new operator control options.
This year’s event marks a milestone in Kverneland Irelands commitment to the Irish agricultural industry with the launch of 10 new machines at the Expo. Exciting new machines like the i-Plough, Fast Bale and the i-Xtrack trailed sprayer just a few to mention.
Technical personnel from the Factories will be in attendance as will the product managers from KV Ireland, John Mulhall and Paraic McCarthy, Leonard Hovenden. John Colgan, Demonstrator and Michael Meally from the Service Dept. will assist with technical advice on machine set up as well as after sales service tips.
